What N547 is really about
Aspen's description splits N547 into three moves: thinking strategically, writing the plan, and managing momentum once the plan meets reality. The first move is the one most papers skip. Before any SWOT grid, the course wants evidence that you questioned an assumption, looked at data and saw a change in the environment that others missed.
Because the course is taught through case studies, much of the work is diagnostic.
